The story
We keep going back to the free, unworried hours of childhood. In Greek myth the kingfisher — Halcyon — was Alcyone, daughter of the wind god, turned into a bird by pitying gods after she followed her husband into the sea. The coin face is finished in silver leaf.

Two rituals, one coin
Cold. Slip a coin into a bag, a drawer, a car. Scent stays for 30+ days. No flame, no smoke.
Hot. Light the edge, let it catch, then blow it out. About 25 minutes of low, slow scent.
Burn on a heat-safe dish, on a level surface, away from anything that catches. Never leave a lit coin unattended. Keep away from children and pets.
