Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days, and we'll email you a tracking link as soon as yours ships.

Yes. Please contact us as soon as possible. We'll update or cancel it if it hasn't shipped, or ask the carrier to intercept it if it has.

Unshipped orders are refunded right away. For returns, we issue your refund as soon as tracking shows the parcel has been delivered back to us.

Yes. Let its fragrance diffuse naturally in a suitable place, out of reach of children and pets.
