Welcome to SoraKsa. This website, soraksa.com, is operated by SoraKsa ("SoraKsa," "we," "us" or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to everyone who visits the site or buys from us. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies they link to. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our store runs on Shopify, which provides the online platform we use to sell our products to you.

1. Using our site

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority where you live, or that you have that person's permission to use the site. You agree not to use the site or our products for any unlawful purpose, and not to interfere with the site's security or operation, including by sending viruses or other harmful code. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms.

2. Our products

We work hard to show our token incense, tins and gift boxes as accurately as we can. Because each coin is made by hand from natural-origin aromatics, color, pattern, scent and burn time can vary a little from batch to batch and from what you see on screen. These small differences are part of the craft and are not defects.

Product descriptions, availability and limited editions may change without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue a product at any time.

3. Safe use

Our incense is meant for enjoying scent at home. Always burn it on a heat-safe dish, in a well-ventilated space, away from anything that can catch fire. Never leave a lit coin unattended, and keep lit and unlit coins away from children and pets. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. If you are pregnant, have a respiratory condition or are sensitive to fragrance, please take extra care or check with your doctor first. You are responsible for using our products as directed.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time, but a change will not affect an order we have already confirmed. Taxes and shipping costs are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and our payment partners; we never see or store your full card number.

We may occasionally list a product at the wrong price or with other errors. If that happens, we may cancel the order and refund any payment, even after it has been placed.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may refuse, limit or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is an error in pricing or product information, or if the order looks fraudulent or seems to be placed for resale. If we change or cancel your order, we will contact you using the details you gave us and refund any amount you paid for the affected items.

Please make sure your contact, billing and shipping details are complete and correct, so we can deliver your order and reach you if needed.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. How returns, exchanges and refunds work is explained in our FAQ. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will work with you and the carrier to put it right.

7. Gift sets and promotions

Some gift sets let you choose your own scents. We will pack the scents you select, subject to availability. Discount codes, gifts with purchase and other promotions are subject to their own terms, cannot be exchanged for cash and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined.

8. Intellectual property

Everything on this site, including the SoraKsa name and logo, our coin designs, illustrations, photographs, films, packaging and text, belongs to SoraKsa or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view and share the site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, sell or otherwise use our content or designs without our written permission.

9. Your comments and submissions

If you send us reviews, photos, ideas or other feedback, you allow us to use, edit and share them in any medium without paying you or asking again. Please make sure anything you send is your own, is accurate and does not infringe anyone else's rights or contain anything unlawful or offensive. We may remove any submission at our discretion.

10. Third-party links and tools

Our site may link to other websites or use tools from third parties, such as payment, shipping and review services. We do not control these and are not responsible for their content, products or practices. Please read their terms and policies before using them.

11. Personal information

How we collect and use your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimer

We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or secure. Except where the law says otherwise, the site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, SoraKsa and its owners, staff, partners and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you in full.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold SoraKsa harmless from any claim, including reasonable legal fees, that arises from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or anyone else's rights.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, unless the law of your place of residence requires otherwise.

16. General

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. If we do not enforce a right, that does not mean we give it up. These Terms, together with the policies they link to, are the entire agreement between you and SoraKsa about your use of the site.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated at the top. By continuing to use the site after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
